Bring it in or call us
Walk in to either store, or book a service call. You usually won't wait more than 10 to 15 minutes.
Approve the price
We find the fault and contact you by phone, text or email. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Get it back working
We make the repair, test it, and keep you updated until it's ready.

Questions before you visit
How much does a diagnosis cost?
A basic 10-minute look at intake is free. If the device needs checking in, there's a $75 advanced diagnostic deposit. We then contact you with the price, and the $75 goes toward the repair. The deposit isn't refunded if you decide not to go ahead.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in to either store with a desktop or laptop, and the wait is usually about 10 to 15 minutes.
How long does a repair take?
We'll give you a timeframe once the fault is diagnosed. PC and laptop parts usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days, and sometimes longer depending on availability.
How does the flat labor fee work?
Labor is a flat fee, so the price you approve doesn't change however long the repair takes.
Will you match another quote?
Yes. Bring a written estimate within 30 days and we'll match it.
Do you come to businesses?
Yes. We provide onsite service for homes and small businesses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson at a flat hourly fee.
